Planning of a new restaurant concept for the flagshipstore Berlin (Gendarmenmarkt).  All meals of this mexican snack restaurant are prepared according to individual wishes directly in full view of the customer. The menus can be combined as desired – so many vegetarian and vegan options can be offered. Planning of the gastronomic concept and kitchen equipment with serving station according to current design lines.
