Haydau monsatery complex

After a long monastery history, beginning in 1235, the complex is now used as a domicile for conference and hotel guests.
The historic area was extended with new buildings. KDREI was commissioned to plan the main kitchen (à la carte guests), the catering area for breakfast and the hotel bar. Very attractive interior design, which combines historical and modern elements into a harmonic whole. The original monastery wall runs uninterrupted inside the modern bar area and forms a beautiful contrast between history and modern age.
