Concept for the staff restaurant in the Mercedes Benz Bank office complex. The restaurant is open to the general public – and not just for staff.
The challenge was to design an arrangement of various catering zones for in-company catering (providing breakfast and lunch services) and for à la carte dinner. The restaurants combine food preparation and cooking zones with a show kitchen open to the public view and a take away area. A special feature was the integration of a “gas stone hearth oven” by Beech Ovens.
